How much does a studio move cost in Dubai?
The current Gulf Nest working rate card for a standard studio move in the Dubai pricing group is AED 800–1,200 before optional extras or route adjustments. Final pricing depends on the actual furniture volume and access conditions.
Is the moving survey free?
Yes. Gulf Nest provides a free physical survey. It is recommended for 3 BHK and especially preferred for 4 bedroom and 5 bedroom villa moves before the final quotation is confirmed.
What is included in a standard move?
The confirmed moving package can include professional packing, dismantling and reassembly, loading and unloading, handyman assistance, TV mounting and curtain fixing where included in the agreed scope. The first 3 BHK levels also have the listed crew, truck and box allowance built into the working estimate.
Are extra boxes charged?
Extra boxes including packing are AED 25 per box when requested beyond the agreed moving package.
Is there an extra charge for stairs?
Yes. Staircase moves can require additional labour and time, so extra charges may apply. Long walking distance itself does not carry a separate charge under the current policy.
Do you offer same-day, weekend or last-minute moving?
Weekend and month-end moves use the current standard rate card. Same-day or last-minute moving may be possible subject to crew, vehicle and route availability; urgent jobs can sometimes be priced differently depending on the confirmed scope.
Are there hidden charges in a moving quote?
Gulf Nest aims to explain the agreed services and known extras in the written quotation. If the inventory, access, route or requested scope changes after quotation, additional charges may apply; these should be discussed as soon as the change is known.
How much is storage in the UAE?
Storage pricing depends on the facility location. Current working rates are Dubai AED 12–13, Ajman/UAQ AED 12 and Abu Dhabi AED 12–14 per sq ft per month. Storage packing is quoted separately.
How can I get the most accurate quotation?
Use the calculator for a working range, then send furniture photos or a short video on WhatsApp. This helps the team verify volume, access, packing and truck requirements before the final quote.
